About the project

As part of a project implemented with the support of Norwegian People's Aid, a mobile team of highly qualified specialists visits communities in the Kharkiv region and the city of Kharkiv to provide services.

The mobile team provides support where it is most needed.

It helps people feel more secure, receive social, psychological, legal, and financial assistance, and prevent sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) by creating a safe and welcoming environment in communities.

  • The project is extremely important because it helps to provide rapid and effective support to women and girls from vulnerable groups who are at risk or have been affected by GBV, in particular IDPs, by providing assistance directly on the ground.

The implementation of the project contributes to:
    ● improving the accessibility of social, psychological, legal, and information services,
    ● raising awareness and preventing GBV,
    ● timely detection and response to cases of GBV,
    ● strengthening support for women and girls from groups at risk/affected by GBV and war trauma, as well as other vulnerable groups, including IDPs,
    ● building trust, social support, and strengthening community resilience.

  • ● Improving the well-being and psychological state of women and girls from risk groups/victims of GBV and war trauma, as well as other vulnerable groups, including IDPs.

    ● Psychological and legal support

    ● Comprehensive support - case management for women and girls from at-risk groups/victims of GBV and war trauma, as well as other vulnerable groups, including IDPs.

    ● Raising community awareness about preventing, responding to, and countering GBV

We work where it is most needed so that everyone feels safe and has access to support. We are here for you!
