About the project

Our efforts were focused on supporting women in order to promote their sustainability and development. Women attended events hosted by HR consultants, financial coaches, psychologists, and female entrepreneurs who shared their own experiences. Women learned new professions and received tools to implement the skills they acquired in their own businesses.

  • The project is of significant social importance as it aims to enhance the resilience, economic independence, and professional development of women in the context of social and economic challenges. Providing women with access to expert knowledge in the areas of employment, financial literacy, psychological support, and entrepreneurship contributes to their self-realization, reduces their vulnerability, and fosters an active life position. The project creates a safe space for learning, sharing experiences, and developing women's potential, which has a positive impact on both the participants themselves and the communities as a whole.

  • -Provide women with access to professional consultations with HR specialists, financial coaches, and psychologists in order to increase their personal and professional resilience.
-Promote the development of financial literacy and personal and business finance management skills.
-Provide participants with practical knowledge and tools for acquiring new professional skills and retraining.
-Support the development of women's entrepreneurship by sharing practical experience from successful women entrepreneurs.
-Help women apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired to start or grow their own businesses.
-Promote the formation of a community of mutual support and experience sharing among project participants.

  • 104 information sessions and training courses on professional development were held for women.
