About the project

NGO Green-Landiya, together with the support of CARE, is implementing the project “Women’s Voices in Hromadas”. The project is on the basis of “Safe Spaces for Women and Girls” located in the hromadas of Kharkiv oblast: Stary Merchyk of Valkivska hromada, Tsyrkuny, Rohan and the town of Lyubotyn. The Safe Spaces provide psychosocial, psychological, and legal support, as well as hold numerous recreational and educational events on various topics. Thanks to the support, women communicate with each other, recover, and become motivated for new achievements.

These spaces not only provide assistance, but also they have become centers of social life in hromadas, where women and girls can find support, gain new knowledge and skills, as well as find like-minded people and feel safe.
